My name is Javier and I’m from Ibiza. I’ve known this island for as long as I can remember — its roads, its shortcuts, its rhythms and its people.
I started White Transfer on a simple idea: nobody understands what a client needs in Ibiza better than someone who was born and grew up here. I know what a private transfer should feel like because I’ve lived the island from the inside, in high season and in winter.
Today I personally choose every driver on the team. Driving well isn’t enough — they need to know the island, speak several languages, and understand that discretion and punctuality aren’t an extra, they’re the minimum standard we work to.
