2. What data we process

When you request availability or a quote through the booking form, WhatsApp, email or phone, we may process the following data: first and last name, phone number and/or email address, service dates and locations, number of passengers and luggage, and any other information you choose to share with us in your messages (for example, flight number or special requirements).

3. Why we process your data

• To manage and respond to your requests for quotes, availability and bookings of private chauffeur and transfer services.
• To provide the contracted service and communicate with you before, during and after the journey.
• To comply with the legal, tax and accounting obligations applicable to providing the service.
• To handle enquiries and, where applicable, send commercial communications about our services, only where a prior relationship exists or express consent has been given.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing your data is the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by you (quote and booking) and, where applicable, performance of the transport contract; compliance with legal obligations; and the consent you give us by voluntarily contacting us via WhatsApp, phone or email.

5. Retention period

We keep your data for as long as necessary to manage your request or service and, afterwards, for the statutory limitation periods that apply (tax, accounting and civil liability), after which it will be deleted or anonymised.

6. Recipients and data processors

We do not disclose your data to third parties except where legally required. To run the business we use service providers acting as data processors, including:

• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.): a messaging channel for enquiries and bookings. Use of WhatsApp is governed by Meta's own privacy policy.
• Web hosting and email provider: to operate the Website and manage communications.
• Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.): loads typefaces for the Website, which may involve Google processing your IP address.

7. International transfers

Some of the providers listed above (such as Meta or Google) may be located outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the transfer is carried out under the safeguards set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

8. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability at any time by emailing ibizaprivateservices@gmail.com, stating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of an identity document.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing of your data does not comply with applicable regulations.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, in line with the state of the art and the nature of the data processed.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy to reflect legislative changes or changes to our services. We recommend reviewing it periodically. The date of the last update appears at the top of this document.
